Gentle Yoga is an all-levels, gently-paced class to assist strengthening, stretching and energizing your body through a series of basic postures. Each class will begin with some beneficial breathing exercises, followed by primarily seated and standing poses. These gentle postures may be modified and tailored to everyone’s ability in the body. We strive to gain flexibility in all the joints and spine in this class. Care is taken not to stress the knees, hips, shoulders, or wrists. Come join us – it’s a great way to start your day!

We plan on offering this class every Tuesday morning from 8 – 9 am; however, we’re going to try it out for a couple weeks before permanently adding to the schedule. So we hope you all love it and request more of it!
