New Class: Beginner Ashtanga Yoga

This class will build sequences based from the Ashtanga Primary Series, following the pattern of sun salutations, standing and seated poses and a finishing sequence. Ashtanga Yoga links the breath and movement, creating a moving meditation to calm the mind. The sequences will allow you to quiet and focus your mind, creating awareness of self and bringing you back to a balanced present.
You can practice for whatever you need: greater strength and flexibility, calm and relaxation, or to try something new! Come and see where your breath will take you.
