Yoga Information and Etiquette

  • Classes are 90 minutes of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercise 
  • Class begins on time 
  • Please speak respectfully while in the studio
  • Please be silent during and after class in the Yoga Room

How much is one year?   12 x $50 = $600

How much is 10 classes?   10 x $10 = $100

Kids 15 and under are donations only

2 nd Friday of Each Month 6:00pm is donation based class $5 is minimum suggested donation

 All yoga packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be extended.
